Squirt-Bantam

The Capitals offer an excellent program for youth/boys. Depending on player numbers and skill at the different levels, we may host AA, A, B1, B, B2 and C teams at each division.

Ages: June 1, 2010 to December 31, 2017

Mini Mites

Mini-mites is our introductory hockey program for girls and boys ages 4 and 5. Mini-mites is for kids who have prior experience skating. During the season we help kids improve their skating as well as shoot, pass, and stickhandle. Most of all we have fun! Mini-mites is not, however, a learn to skate program. If your child does not know how to skate, we recommend the Saint Paul Figure Skating Club’s Learn to Skate Program.

Ages: January 1, 2018 to July 1, 2022

FALL WARMUPS: SQ/10U-BAN/15U

SPCHA offers fall warm-ups as an opportunity for players to get back on the ice before evaluations begin. Sessions are limited to 24 players per group. Register early, sessions fill fast! GROUPS ARE NOT DIVIDED BY SKILL. PICK WHICH EVER SCHEDULE WORKS BEST FOR YOU.

Ages: June 1, 2009 to September 15, 2016

Mite

Develop the basic skills of skating, puck handling, shooting and passing. Players evaluated and placed on a team with other players of similar skills. Players must have some skating experience.

Ages: June 1, 2016 to August 31, 2020

Welcome to the Capitals Girls Co-op with West Saint Paul, the Saints. Depending on player numbers and skill at the different levels, we may host A, B1, B, B2 teams at each age level.
