Registration is open for the SPCHA Summer Camp. We have once again partnered with Tom Vannelli’s ACE Hockey Camps to offer our players outstanding summer hockey camps at an excellent value.
The camps will mid-June through mid-August, for Mite/8U, and Squirt/10U through Bantam/15U skaters and goalies.
Skater sessions will be led by Dane Erickson, the Caps former director of player development, and other former D1 and elite hockey players.
Goalie sessions will again be led by David Zevnik, 3-time state tournament champion, Frank Brimsek Award winner, and NCAA D1 goalie.
Minnesota hockey icon Tom Vannelli will direct the camps.

Tradition Hockey Summer Programs
Tradition Hockey offers camps for Mite 1-Squirts and 6U-10U in Roseville, Richfield and Blaine (Fogerty).
The 8 week camps will start the week of June 10th. Each location will be led by Marty Sertich, with 3-4 additional coaches on the ice.

Saint Paul Skills
Dan Esrig, a Capitals parent and hockey skills coach, is putting together this camp. SPS will focus on 8U skaters, but any player who has completed Mini Mites and is U10 is welcome.
This is a new, flexible summer hockey program at Pleasant or TCO beginning May 12th and running throughout the summer. One-hour sessions will be held on Monday evenings starting between 6:10-6:20 p.m. depending on session.
Players will practice skating, shooting, passing, and stickhandling in a low-pressure and fun environment. Dan will design and lead the program with coaching support from local high school and college players.

Girls camps
OS Hockey Training Camps
The OS Hockey Training program is designed to deliver an exceptional training environment specifically for female athletes, fostering an inclusive setting that nurtures physical development, social interaction, and intellectual growth while providing unparalleled athletic opportunities.
The 8-week Summer Training program for 5 Skill Levels (10U - Varsity; (8U: please contact OS). It consists of two 2-hour sessions per week each with 1 hour of on ice, 1 hour of off ice training.
Dates:
- June-August
3 metro locations: Blaine (Fogerty), St. Paul (SPA/Drake), & Eden Prairie/Burnsville

High School Summer Training Programs (STP)
Scots STP
The Scots Hockey summer training registration is OPEN and they're inviting Capitals hockey players that are interested in improving their hockey skills through strength and skill development without the fear of failure.
The Scots STP is open to:
- Returning Scots players from 2024-25 season
- Players in 8th grade or above for 2025-26 school year/new to Scots Hockey
- Placements determined by coaching staff
- Space is limited to 25 players/group
5 weeks of training starts on June 16 (no ice week of June 30 - July 4).

Riveters STP
The St. Paul/Two Rivers Riveters Girls hockey program invites girls entering 8-12th grade in the 2025-2026 school year to their summer camp. The camp will focus on developing core skills:
- Passing and puck support
- Puck protection
- Shooting/Scoring
- Skating technique to support each skill
- Small area competition will be used to promote transfer of skills into a game environment.
Dates: June 16th – July 30 (no ice the week of July 4th)

Cretin-Derham Hall Girls STP
This program is for High School, 15U, and advanced 12U players.
Tony Scheid Hockey is a school that teaches the basic fundamentals of hockey. Our purpose is to create a positive learning environment that helps players improve their skills while having fun playing the game they love!
Dates: June 9 - July 31 (no ice the week of July 4)
